B. Approval of Agenda

Motion to approve agenda made by Ann Tramontana; seconded by Catherine Gootkin; motion carried unanimously.

C. Approval of Minutes

Motion to approve the July 13, 2006 meeting minutes was made by Robert Spirito; seconded by Ann Tramontana; motion carried unanimously. Correction made to Item E - Open Floor to reflect that Kathleen Smith-Bogan is a representative of the “Dixwell Management Team”.

D. Coordinator's Report

Motion to approve the Coordinator’s Report was made by Robert Spirito; seconded by Ann Tramontana; motion carried unanimously.

Swearing in of Kathleen Smith-Bogan by Assistant Corporation Counsel Jonathan H. Beamon as representative for the Dixwell Management Team.

There was discussion on review of cases involving death. Bylaws reminder by Ann Tramontana.

There was discussion on case review.

Discussion by Barbara Carroll regarding CRB Forum.

Assistant Police Chiefs to be invited to a Civilian Review Board meeting.
